Filippo Galli, head of AC Milan's youth academy, stated on the "Milan Hello" program hosted by Andrea Longoni that he does not view Amorim as arrogant and believes his football philosophy aligns with AC Milan's current direction.

Galli said: "I have nothing against Amorim. Of course, there have been matches where his performance fell short, or he didn't play the football he initially intended. But I don't think he's arrogant as some people suggest. I believe he's a straightforward coach who clearly demonstrates his desire to bring a specific style of football. I think this football philosophy best suits AC Milan's history, or at least AC Milan's recent history."

Galli added: "Some people will say it depends on the players you have, and so on. I don't like that argument, because I believe coaches and players who can play in Serie A must possess certain technical abilities, and coaches need to create the conditions for them to play this style of football, which above all stems from the coach's conviction."
