Paris Saint-Germain forward Mika Godts is expected to start against France on Monday night, whilst Leandro Trossard, who returned against Turkiye, coming off the bench, could also start against Zinédine Zidane’s side.

Belgium are notably without two key players for the game against Les Bleus. Both Kevin De Bruyne and Youri Tielemans are suspended for the UEFA Nations League encounter, opening up spaces to grab in the midfield. Mark Van Bommel is expected to persist with his 4-3-3 and it could be Trossard, who has been building back fitness following a minor injury, who could start and occupy one of those three midfield positions.
In defence, Maxim De Cuyper is expected to drop to the bench, with Joaquin Seys taking his place against France.
