According to COPE's El Partidazo program, journalist Manolo Lama criticized Florentino for allowing Real Madrid's dressing room and Mbappé to operate without discipline. Real Madrid fans had hoped the international break would provide temporary relief from the team's poor performance and Barcelona's strong momentum, but Real Madrid suffered a setback last weekend when they conceded seven goals in a single Liga F match.

Mbappé also appears to be at odds with Mourinho. The Portuguese coach had previously stated that players should not ride bicycles due to injury risk; days later, Mbappé posted a video of himself cycling.
Recently, Florentino also clashed with Juanma Castaño, the host of COPE's El Partidazo. Castaño subsequently invited Florentino to appear on the radio, but this is unlikely to happen.
When discussing Real Madrid's current problems, Manolo Lama said: "The 'supreme one' represents Real Madrid, and everyone says 'yes, sir' to him. If the dressing room is allowed to do whatever it wants, then don't make demands on them—make them on your 'supreme one'."
Spanish football operates like communicating vessels; when one of the two giants performs excellently, the other often struggles. After Flick took over Barcelona, the dynamic shifted, as neither team had fully satisfied their fans in previous seasons.
Barcelona began to rise while Real Madrid continued to decline, a trend that has persisted since the start of last season. Early last season, Xabi Alonso was considered a solution to Barcelona's overall playing style, but months later, due to poor relations with some dressing room figures, he eventually departed by Florentino's decision, and Ancelotti subsequently took over.
Manolo Lama also stated: "Just like Vinicius taunted Xabi Alonso in front of 80,000 spectators—Real Madrid fans, the dressing room, and the coach all witnessed it—your leader allowed it all. If last year it was Vinicius's excessive gestures, now it seems Mbappé is mocking the club: 'Now your supreme one also allows him to go to Paris after an injury, arrive late, ride a bicycle, ride a tricycle, even paddle a canoe.'"
He concluded by reminding Real Madrid fans that no matter how dissatisfied they are with certain squad aspects, the person occupying the central position in the Bernabéu presidential box always has the final say. Manolo Lama said: "You can criticize Mbappé's actions, but the one who allows him to do so is your leader." After the international break, club competitions will resume, and internal disputes at Real Madrid continue.
