According to Tuttomercatoweb, Altobelli spoke about Mazzola, Lautaro, and Pio Esposito.

Altobelli recalled Sandro Mazzola in the interview: "If I had to describe him to someone who hasn't seen him play? Those who haven't seen him have missed a lot in life. Mazzola was a great player for Internazionale and the national team, and later became an excellent manager. As an Inter fan, I rank him first in Internazionale's history. Mazzola is a treasure for Italy. When talking about those who have written the history of the national team, everyone should be calmer, more professional, and more cautious."

Altobelli then discussed Lautaro's ranking on Internazionale's all-time top scorers list. Lautaro is currently in 3rd place, behind Altobelli and Meazza. Altobelli said: "Being 1st or 2nd doesn't bring any extra benefits. I hope he catches up to me as soon as possible, because I'm an Inter fan: the more goals he scores, the more Internazionale will win. I wish him the best."

Regarding Pio Esposito, Altobelli stated: "His father and brothers have always been in Brescia, and we often meet there, so I consider them my juniors too. Pio has proven that he is a truly strong player and he loves the shirt very much. I don't know how far he can go in the future, but he can go very far because he is an excellent scorer."

Altobelli concluded by discussing Internazionale's pursuit of the Champions League: "Can Internazionale win the Champions League? I hope so. I myself never won it, although I came very close and scored many goals. Fortunately, I won the World Cup, which is also something special."
