Reggina coach Filippo Inzaghi insists Inter Milan were right to re-sign Romelu Lukaku.

The on-loan striker has struggled with injury since his return this season.

But Inzaghi says: “I would have brought him back as well, but now with all the injuries he's had, he obviously will have to work to recover his best physical condition.

“The problem has been above all injuries, which have slowed him down.

“But after the break, we'll see the best Romelu again.

“It will be the same with Lautaro," he added, “he'll be more fired up to win more trophies after winning the World Cup."
