According to The Athletic, Crystal Palace are close to signing Halili from Union Saint-Gilloise for around £21 million.

Crystal Palace are pushing to sign Halili from Union Saint-Gilloise.
Halili completed his medical on Sunday local time, and Crystal Palace are working to reach an agreement with Union Saint-Gilloise on a transfer fee of around £21 million.
Personal terms have been agreed for a five-year contract until 2031, with an option to extend for another 12 months.
Nottingham Forest and Inter Milan were close to completing a deal for Halili this summer, but Crystal Palace are now expected to finalize the transfer.
The Athletic reported in July that Nottingham Forest had offered Union Saint-Gilloise €20 million for Halili, but the offer was rejected. He also attracted interest from Bournemouth and Newcastle United.
This deal would become Union Saint-Gilloise's record sale, surpassing the €22.8 million (approximately £19.5 million) Benfica will pay for Franjo Ivanović in the summer of 2025.
Halili, who can play as a right wing-back or winger, joined Union Saint-Gilloise from Maccabi Haifa in the summer of 2024. His contract with the club was originally set to expire in 2028.
The Israeli international won the Belgian league title with Union Saint-Gilloise in his debut season, the club's first in 90 years. The following season, he was part of the squad that competed in the Champions League, scoring 3 goals in 8 appearances.
Halili made 52 appearances for Union Saint-Gilloise in all competitions last season, contributing 6 goals and 6 assists.
