Bayern Munich president Herbert Hainer spoke in an interview about this year's Ballon d'Or winner, commenting on Lamine Yamal's talent, and addressed the club's contract extension negotiations with Kane.

Hainer said: "Kane scored 60 goals in the Bundesliga, DFB-Pokal and Champions League, won the Bundesliga and DFB-Pokal, and reached the Champions League semi-finals. He also performed exceptionally well at the World Cup. I don't know what more you need to do to win the Ballon d'Or.

Lamine Yamal is certainly a very talented player with a very bright future. But if you consider all performances from last season, there can only be one winner – and that must be Kane."

On contract extension negotiations with Kane

Hainer said: "Today is Oktoberfest, we'll talk about contracts later. However, I am very confident about this. He feels very comfortable in Munich, and so does his family. He can win titles with us. Since joining Bayern, he has won more titles than ever before. He knows how to value this, and we do too."
