According to the Daily Mail, John Stones has been fined £666 and received four penalty points on his license for speeding and using his mobile phone while driving. He was also ordered to pay court costs and a victim surcharge.

The incident occurred on 8 May in Knutsford, Cheshire, near Manchester. Stones admitted to driving his £150,000 Range Rover Urban edition at almost 50 km/h over the speed limit. Police also found him using his mobile phone while driving.

In addition to the £666 fine, Stones must pay court costs of £85 and a £386 victim surcharge.
