According to Sport1, Wirtz might wear the captain's armband for the first time in Germany's match against Greece.

The report indicates that if Klopp insists on having the player with the most international caps wear the armband, Wirtz (47 international appearances) would be the first choice.
Although Gnabry has more caps (62), he will not be included in the squad against Greece. Klopp removed the Bayern attacker from the squad on Friday, and the 31-year-old has returned to Munich.
Germany's de facto captain Kimmich (116 international appearances) is also not in the squad. Kimmich was included in the squad for the first two UEFA Nations League matches but is now being rested, despite his strong desire to play.
If Wirtz does not start or is substituted during the match, Raum is highly likely to wear the captain's armband for Germany for the first time. According to Bild, the RB Leipzig full-back appears set to start.
The armband could then be passed to Waldemar Anton, Mittelstädt, or Aleksandar Pavlovic. All three have earned 16 caps for Germany.
