According to Turkish media A Spor, Fenerbahçe midfielder N'Golo Kanté invested $5 million to build a medical center for local children in his home country of Mali.

Kanté has always been a model player, both on and off the field. The Ivorian midfielder, who currently plays for Fenerbahçe, lives a very simple life in Istanbul, never buying luxury cars, designer bags, or expensive clothes. On match days, Kanté uses no luxury items other than Fenerbahçe's official gear. On the training ground, he is always the first player to arrive and the last to leave.
He always seizes every opportunity to help underprivileged children in Africa. This $5 million medical center project aims to provide basic medical services to children in Mali.
According to Capology, Kanté's annual salary at Fenerbahçe exceeds 15 million euros. Other information indicates that Kanté's contract includes a clause to donate 1% of his salary to charity, independent of this Mali medical center project.
