According to transfer journalist Fabrizio Romano's social media post earlier today, Rizespor has reached an agreement to sign Gennaro Borrelli from Cagliari.

Romano stated that Rizespor has finalized the agreement with Cagliari for Borrelli's transfer and completed all formalities with his agent, Fali Ramadani.

According to Romano, Borrelli will fly to Turkey tonight.
