According to Foot Mercato, Henry stated that Liverpool should allow Barcola to fully utilize his speed and dribbling ability.

Liverpool signed the French international for €145 million on a contract until 2031. Barcola also became Liverpool's second most expensive signing in history.

Henry stated in an interview with Sky Sports that the real key is to put Barcola in the right conditions to showcase his main strengths.

Henry said: "For Barcola, the key is knowing how to use him. Can you create one-on-one situations for him? Can you also involve him in counter-attacks? Because his speed is astonishing."

Henry also reminded Liverpool manager Arne Slot not to overburden the French player with defensive tasks, so as not to diminish his attacking impact. Henry said: "Does he need to defend more than he attacks? That could backfire."

Henry believes that Barcola is fully capable of making a huge impact in the Premier League, especially if he gets enough space, uses his speed to participate in attacking transitions, and directly confronts defenders.

However, Henry also pointed out that Barcola needs to improve his finishing to reach a higher level. Henry said: "I think Barcola needs to improve his finishing. If he does, many teams will find it difficult to stop him."
