According to an official announcement from Internazionale, the Internazionale Football Club S.p.A. Shareholders' Meeting approved the financial report for the 2024/25 fiscal year. The club recorded a profit for the second consecutive year, with a net profit of €22.7 million and revenues reaching €518 million, the second highest in the club's history.

The Internazionale Football Club S.p.A. Shareholders' Meeting approved the financial report for the 2024/25 fiscal year during today's online meeting, attended by Club President and CEO Giuseppe Marotta and other senior management of the Nerazzurri.
The income statement for the 2024/25 fiscal year shows club revenues of €518 million, the second-best performance in the club's history, trailing only the previous season's record €567 million, which benefited from extraordinary income generated by participation in the Club World Cup and reaching the Champions League final.
The financial report concluded with a positive balance once again, showing a net profit of €22.7 million. This was driven by consolidated revenues—growth in commercial and matchday income—and a reduction in operating costs of approximately €20 million, a 4% decrease.
This fiscal year's performance saw the group's net equity rebound from negative €12 million at the end of the 2023/24 fiscal year to positive €10.4 million.
During this fiscal year, financial expenses were cut by approximately 50%, or €19 million, attributed to the refinancing operation completed at the end of the previous year. The cost of capital for the new financing solution is lower than the previous one.
Furthermore, the club initiated a large-scale investment plan for infrastructure development at the Inter Training Center in Appiano Gentile and the Konami Women's and Youth Academy Center in Interello.
Following the Shareholders' Meeting, the club released its first-ever Sustainability Report. This document aims to formalize the club's commitment to a structured development path, systematize ongoing activities, understand their impact, and more clearly identify areas for improvement. The full report will be published on Internazionale's official website.
