According to AS, an unnamed Spanish player has donated his bonus to thank the backroom staff for their hard work during preparations and the tournament.

The report states that each member of the playing and coaching staff received a bonus of approximately €1 million. The Spanish Football Federation accumulated a record €44 million in prize money due to the team's progression through the rounds and tournament victories.

AS reports that the player wishes to remain anonymous, ensuring the donation is purely a gesture of gratitude to the staff.

Should the donor be selected again for de la Fuente's squad, he may be reunited with the staff. The Spanish squad featured four changes for this tournament: Martínez, Huijsen, Fermín López, and Roberto Fernández were called up, while Marcos Llorente, Gavi, Joan García, and Borja Iglesias were not included.
