Abdelhakim Amokrane and Zahreddine Benabda both arrive from El Bayadh on free deals, while Mohamed Chemseddine Benlebna has been recruited from ES Sétif — a move that stands out given Sétif's stature in Algerian football. Rafik Zaimeche comes in on loan from JS El Biar, the only temporary deal among the 11 signings.

On the departures side, the ledger is remarkably thin. Kheiredine Merzougui is the sole exit, leaving for JS El Biar on August 13. Interestingly, JS El Biar is the same club that sent Zaimeche the other way on loan, suggesting a working relationship between the two sides that could bear further fruit in future windows.

With ten free transfers and one loan, MB Rouissat have kept spending to an absolute minimum while drastically increasing squad depth and competition for places.
