According to Goal, Cadena SER journalist Antonio Romero criticized Mbappé, stating that Real Madrid is not "Mbappé FC."

Just ten days prior, the Portuguese coach had issued a clear warning about players' questionable recreational activities on the podcast "Bet It Drives."
Mourinho said at the time: "Unfortunately, footballers cannot ride bicycles. Not even behind the club's back. Contracts don't matter to me; what matters is the players' commitment to their work. If you fall, you could miss three games, or even worse, suffer a fracture. Maybe you'll only get a bruise, but that bruise will prevent you from being at your best."
It was precisely this French superstar who ignored the warning and posted a video on Sunday afternoon, further escalating the controversy.
Mourinho has always been regarded as a proponent of strict discipline, and throughout his coaching career, he has never shied away from confronting star players. Early in his first tenure at the Bernabéu, he clashed with several strong-willed players, including relegating club legend Casillas to the bench.
Spanish media were also puzzled by the forward's actions. Journalist Antonio Romero critically commented on the incident on Cadena SER: "Mbappé likes to be the number one forward at Real Madrid, but he also feels he can do whatever he wants. Someone should tell him: this is not Mbappé FC, this is Real Madrid."
