In the pre-match press conference for Serie B Round 5 between Como and Frosinone, Fàbregas said that playing against Frosinone would be one of the five most difficult matches of the season.

Regarding the squad, he said, "Everyone is available."

The Como coach is convinced that the squad will be utilized to its fullest extent, as such a dense schedule leaves no room for other approaches. "I think that over the past two years, the team has improved a lot psychologically, physically, and technically. If we can maintain this squad for the next two to five years, I think we might achieve something significant. If we frequently change many players every six months, things will be more difficult."
