Ghanaian midfielder Kingsley Boateng has joined Italian Serie C side Ternana Calcio on a three-year deal, the club has announced.

The 24-year-old has joined the lower division side after terminating his contract with Slovenian giants Olimpia Ljubljana.
He endured a difficult two year spell in Ljubljana but has joined Ternana as a free agent after leaving Slovenia.
The midfielder ended his stay with the club after two years, which saw him feature 22 times scoring four times.
Ternana have now completed the signing of the player on a free following the termination of his contract with Olimpia Ljubljana.
Boateng, who was born in Ghana started his career at the youth side of AC Milan before moving on to play for Catania, Nac Breda and Bari.
