PSV Eindhoven have completed the signing of Ayoni Santos from Sparta for a fee of €5 million.

The deal marks a significant step up for the forward, who now joins one of the Eredivisie's top clubs. Santos will look to make an immediate impact at the Philips Stadion as PSV continue to strengthen their squad.
