According to the latest report from Sky Sports, any appeal filed by Manchester City must be concluded within 12 weeks of submission.

It is reported that, according to Premier League regulations, any appeal lodged by Manchester City must be concluded within 12 weeks of its submission. The deadline for their appeal is this Friday, so if the club decides to appeal, the entire process must be completed before Christmas.

The Premier League rules state: "Where the standard directions of the Appeal Board apply, the Appeal Board shall: W.86.1. arrange a hearing of the appeal which shall: W.86.1.1. conclude within 12 weeks (84 days) of the submission of the appeal pursuant to Rule W.81."

The appeal hearing can last a maximum of five days, after which the Premier League Board will have 30 days to make a decision.

The sooner they get a 60 point deduction the better. Plus a 3 year transfer ban. Fine them heavily also but this isn’t a punishment for them. I hope the EPL clubs sue for appropriate compensation.
