According to Inter News, Aleksandar Stankovic does not regret staying at Internazionale, with Chivu assuring him of playing opportunities.

Despite recent external speculation about his future, Aleksandar Stankovic's perspective remains unchanged. Inter News confirms that the Internazionale academy product is fully confident in the decision made last summer and has no regrets about rejecting approaches from English clubs. Had he moved to England, he could have played consistently and likely would have become a starter, similar to his situation at Club Brugge last season.
The son of the legendary player has received the least playing time in the Internazionale squad, second only to Spence. Before the recent break, he played just 15 minutes in Serie A and the Champions League before being called up to the Serbian national team. Chivu has also reassured him, serving as perhaps his most important supporter at Milan. Beyond reiterating his confidence in the young player, the coach encouraged him not to lose faith and promised that his opportunity would come soon. This is particularly significant given that Inter will play nine matches in the next 29 days. Chivu discussed this matter in an interview with "The Locker Room Chronicles." Now it remains to be seen whether Stankovic can make the most of his chance when it arrives.
