According to MilanNews.it, Milan is searching for a technical director to coordinate the technical area and work closely with owner Gerry Cardinale and head coach Ruben Amorim.

The primary target is Markus Krösche, who currently holds a management position at Eintracht Frankfurt with a contract until 2028, though the club could release him. Timo Hardung could also be brought in alongside him.

Milan's shortlist also includes Tiago Pinto, currently AFC Bournemouth's Director of Football, who has prior experience in Italian football from his time at AS Roma. Mehdi Benatia, a former Marseille executive who is currently a free agent, is also being considered.
