South Korean international Lee Kang-in was interviewed by South Korean media, discussing the international break in September-October.

"I always talk a lot with (Kim) Min-jae hyung. Min-jae hyung, (Hwang) In-beom hyung, and (Hwang) Hee-chan hyung also often communicate with the younger players. They always give a lot of advice in that regard, which helps me pay more attention. The older players often bring these things up before matches or during training camps, and we learn a lot. I think I'm also working hard to follow their lead."
"I don't know what will happen in the future, but the past is the past. I want to try not to dwell on it and instead think more about how we can do better in the future and how we can become a competitive team."
"Instead of the Asian Cup, we should be thinking about how to make the team better in November, and how to help the players understand each other better and show a better performance."
