Roberto Mancini's "2.0 era" as head coach of the Italian national team officially began today in Coverciano. After completing his press conference, Mancini led the team in their first training session, preparing for the upcoming Nations League matches. Italy will face Belgium, France, and Turkey in the upcoming fixtures.

After the training session, Mancini spoke with Inter forward Pio Esposito. Earlier, when discussing Esposito and Kean Jr., Mancini had said, "They haven't played yet, but they will in the future because they are excellent players."
