According to Globo Esporte, the São Paulo State Public Prosecutor's Office filed a lawsuit, after which the Tatuapé Children and Adolescent Court ruled that Corinthians must remove the Fatal Fans brand logo within 15 days.

This temporary ban prohibits Corinthians from promoting Fatal Fans and requires the club to remove the branding from jerseys, stadiums, digital channels, and other areas. The court also mandated effective age verification measures to restrict children and adolescents from accessing the sponsor's website content. The case remains under judicial secrecy.
The court noted that the platform's advertisements reached a large number of minors. Because related advertisements appeared across multiple club channels, the ruling determined there is a genuine risk of harm that could affect the emotional integrity, dignity, and healthy development of children and adolescents.
Fatal Fans told Globo Esporte it would not comment. Corinthians stated that the club has not yet received formal notification of the ruling.
Fatal Fans is an adult content platform based on subscription. The sponsorship agreement was signed in June, with the club expected to receive 22 million Brazilian reais. The company's logo was printed on Corinthians' shorts.
In September, Nike formally objected, requesting that the Fatal Fans logo not appear alongside the Nike logo on the shorts. Nike is Corinthians' apparel supplier. Subsequently, the Fatal Fans logo was moved to the right side of the shorts, above the Corinthians crest.
Since signing the agreement, Corinthians has faced criticism regarding the nature of the sponsor's business. Club leadership previously consulted with multiple internal departments, including the women's football division.
